How to log in to Virtual Academy

The Username and Password for Virtual Academy are the same as your CWP Computer credentials that you use to log into a machine initially (NOT your email address). Your username will not have any spaces and/or full stops in it.

For users who are not members of CWP staff, your username and password will have been sent to your contact email address.

Once you have clicked the “Log in” button please allow up to 2 minutes for the Moodle home page to load. Please do not click “Log in” again as this will restart the log in process. Do not hit Enter or Return after entering your password as this will result in an invalid login error.

For CWP Staff

Your Username and Password are the same as those used to log in to a Trust computer.

Please note, it can take up to a minute to register your log in, so only press the log in button once and wait.

If you cannot remember your password or if it has expired, please contact the IT Service Desk:
